Asparagus Pies: Gourmet Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese

Instructions:

- Brush the beaten egg over the edges of the pie crusts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pies are golden brown and crispy.
