Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 ripe mango, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 4 bay leaves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- Parchment paper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut four large pieces of parchment paper, approximately 12 inches in length.
- Divide the sliced bananas and mango evenly among the parchment paper sheets, placing them on one side of the paper.
- Top the fruit with shredded coconut and one bay leaf each.
- Drizzle the fruit with honey and add 1 tbsp of butter to each papillote.
- To fold the papillote, bring the edges of the parchment paper together and fold it over a few times. Tuck the sides under to seal it.
- Place the papillotes in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove the papillotes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Unfold the parchment paper, transfer the papillotes to plates, and serve immediately.
