Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 ripe mango, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Parchment paper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut four large pieces of parchment paper, approximately 12 inches in length.
  3. Divide the sliced bananas and mango evenly among the parchment paper sheets, placing them on one side of the paper.
  4. Top the fruit with shredded coconut and one bay leaf each.
  5. Drizzle the fruit with honey and add 1 tbsp of butter to each papillote.
  6. To fold the papillote, bring the edges of the parchment paper together and fold it over a few times. Tuck the sides under to seal it.
  7. Place the papillotes in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the papillotes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Unfold the parchment paper, transfer the papillotes to plates, and serve immediately.
