Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 3/4 cup whole milk, warmed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
