Ceps Tart Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 3 cups of ceps (sliced)
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.

- Bake the tart for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
- Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
