Chestnut and Chocolate Tart Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chestnuts, peeled
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup pureed chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 9-inch pie crust, baked and cooled

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a food processor, pulse cooked chestnuts until coarsely chopped.
