Chocolate Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  5. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture in parts, mixing until just combined.

  7. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing the balls at least 1 inch apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges start to firm up.
  9. Remove the tray from the oven and let the cookies cool on the pan for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
