Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh apricots, halved and pitted
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and butter a 9-inch pie dish.
