Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. cod, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup corn kernels

  • 4 cups chicken broth
