Gougères with Reblochon
Ingredients
- 150g plain flour
- 100g butter
- 4 medium eggs
- 200ml water
- 150g Reblochon cheese, cut into small pieces
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the butter and water in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the butter has melted.
- Sift the flour, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add the flour mixture. Stir until it forms a dough.
- Add the eggs to the mixture, one at a time, stirring after each addition. Stir well until you have a smooth paste.
- Add the Reblochon cheese and stir well.
