Ingredients:

  • 90g unsalted butter
  • 100g almond meal
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 40g flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F) and grease a financier mold.

  7. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool the financiers in the mold for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
