Ingredients

  • 2 ripe melons, peeled and seeded
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp pastis (anise liquor)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
