Neapolitan Pastiera Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of cooked wheat
- 1 pound of ricotta cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
- 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
- 1/4 cup of candied citron, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup of candied orange peel, finely chopped
- 1/4 stick of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 pie crust
Instructions:
