Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef tenderloin, trimmed
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 8 anchovy fillets, chopped

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
