Roasted Apricots and Almonds Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. fresh apricots, halved and pitted
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F/190°C.
