Savory Zucchini Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sized zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
