Vegetable Quiche Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs

- Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
