Easy Chocolate Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners, or grease with cooking spray.
- Sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a separate medium-sized bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix!
- Add in the chocolate chips and stir again until combined.
- Use a spoon or ice cream scoop to evenly fill the muffin cups with batter, about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick or cake tester comes out clean when inserted into the center of a muffin.
- Remove from the oven and let the muffins cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
