Cherry and Hazelnut Tarts Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust onto a lightly floured surface and cut out small circles using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass.
